Erin Donohue
Erin Donohue began to make a name for herself as an elite runner at Haddonfield Memorial High School in New Jersey. She was the National Scholastic outdoor mile champion twice, the Nike Indoor Champion in the mile in 2001, and named New Jersey Athlete of the Year in 2001. After high school she ran at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was a four-time NCAA All-American. Two of Erin’s major accomplishments after UNC include finishing 3rd at the 2007 USA Outdoors Championships in the 1500m in 4:08.22, and competing in the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the 1500m. Currently, Erin runs professionally for Nike and she is the Assistant Cross Country Coach at Philadelphia University.
Doreen McCoubrie began her running career at Paul VI High School in Haddonfield, NJ where she was a state champion in the one mile. She went on to run for Penn State where she was a four-time All-American. Doreen is a veteran of fifteen marathons with a PR of 2:46:33 and competed in the 2004 and 2008 Olympic trials in the marathon. She is a busy mother of three and currently works for UPS as a part-time supervisor.
Eric Bonnette
Eric Bonnette is in his fourth year of coaching at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the Assistant Coach of the men’s and women’s cross country teams and the Head Distance Coach of the men’s and women’s track teams. Eric brings his collegiate and professional running expertise to his runners at Penn. He is a former four-year NCAA Division I standout at William and Mary College and he ran professionally as a FILA Discovery USA Runner. A few of Eric’s top times include: 24:28 in the 8000m, 50:36 for 10 miles, 67:38 in the half marathon, and 2:29:12 in the marathon.
Ben Noad
Ben Noad has a wealth of international running experience. He ran for Great Britain in five World Cross Country Championships from the junior to senior levels, and he ran in two European Cross Country Championships. His best performances were placing 42nd at the 2002 World Cross Country Championships in Dublin and 43rd in the 2004 World Cross Country Championships in Brussels. Ben attended Providence College where he was a two time All-American in cross country and the 1998 Big East Cross Country Champion. After graduating he ran professionally with the Boston Athletic Association before moving to England. Currently Ben coaches various athletes.
Breton Bonnette started his career as a distance runner during the fall of his senior year at Haddonfield Memorial High School. That year his cross country team won the Group 2 New Jersey Meet of Champions, was ranked fifth in the nation, and ranked first in the Northeast. After only one season of experience running cross country in high school, Breton was recruited to run at the University of Pennsylvania. There he ran cross country and track all four years. Currently, Breton is the Head Coach of Paul VI High School Boys’ Cross Country team in New Jersey. During his three seasons as coach his team has won the South Jersey Parochial Championship twice and he has produced one All-State runner.
Dave Welsh
Dave Welsh is the owner of the Haddonfield Running Company, Moorestown Running Company, and South Jersey Running & Triathlon Company. He is an engineer by trade and was the footwear developer for New Balance for a few years before following his heart back home. He now supports the running community of South Jersey from every angle. Dave is a former hurdler and in his own words, “under-achieving,” runner for Lehigh University. He has run his PR's in the 1/2 marathon (1:09:40) and marathon (2:29:24) in 2009 at the age of 32.
